Certainly the most purchased of my etched items during my shows - these can be either hung in a window to have the wonderful colours show in the sun,
or used as ornaments on a wall or Christmas tree. They make excellent gifts.
These glass suncatchers are made by hand - I cut the shapes from large panels of glass, then sand every edge straight. Each edge corner is then sanded so it's not sharp, points are sanded off, and the piece is washed. Next the stencil is glued onto the glass, masking tape is placed around it to protect the uncovered portions, and the etched border is cut away using an exacto knife. The pieces are then sand-etched, re-washed to remove the stencil, tape and dust, and the solid brass hanging bail is glued on.

Available in two shapes 3" x 4˝" diamond (sizes may vary slightly, as these are hand cut and finished pieces)
vertical or horizonal orientation will depend upon the image etched.

Colours available are: Clear glass, and transparent: Cherry Red, Cobalt Blue, Green, Violet, Yellow, or solid: Carbon Black, Pearl White.
(The Pearl White must have either a gold or silver fill placed in the etch, in order to see it.)
